Todd A. Tressler, II

Todd A. Tressler, II Founder/Attorney, holds his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Mr. Tressler’s family has more than 100 years of professional experience serving the real estate needs of Wilson and surrounding counties. Before becoming licensed as an attorney, Mr. Tressler worked as a Mortgage professional for three years working his way through Law School. Since 2005 he has closed nearly 9,000 real estate transactions, both residential and commercial in nature, covering areas as far west as Jackson, Tennessee and as far east as Knoxville, Tennessee. He holds memberships in both the American and Tennessee Land Title Associations, and The Middle Tennessee Fifteenth Judicial Bar Association. He also serves as a board member of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce, Jazz at the Mill, and for the Wilson County Help Center. He is an affiliate member of EMTAR and GNAR and has been a board member of the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Tennessee Bar Association since 2010.

Celia Stewart Rouse

Celia Rouse is an associate with Tressler & Associates, practicing in the areas of estate planning (including tax planning), probate, business law, and real estate transactions. Mrs. Rouse earned her Bachelor of Arts with Honors, magna cum laude, in Public Administration from Samford University, Birmingham, Alabama, and double minored in Political Science and History. She also holds her Juris Doctor from The University of Florida, Levin College of Law, Gainesville, Florida. U.S. News and World Reports ranked The University of Florida, Levin College of Law, in 2013, in the first tier, as 48th among all law schools in the nation and the Tax Program as 2nd in the nation. Mrs. Rouse is a member of the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Tennessee Bar Association, Middle Tennessee Fifteenth Judicial Bar Association, and Lebanon Wilson Chamber of Commerce.

Jonathan M. Tinsley

Jonathan Tinsley is an Associate Attorney with Tressler & Associates practicing mainly in the areas of real estate law, business law, contract law, and various other areas of the law. Jonathan holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law, graduating as Valedictorian, having the highest grade point average in his class out of eighty-one students. He was a law clerk at the District Attorney General’s office, serving under the Honorable Robert N. Hibbett and was a legal assistant to V. Neal Agee. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University with a minor in Finance and Economics, graduating with honors, magna cum laude. He has over ten years of experience in the real estate industry as an Affiliate Broker and Auction Ringman, prior to obtaining a law degree and entering the legal field. Jonathan is a member of his local chamber of commerce and is the Treasurer of the 15th Judicial District Bar Association.

Christy Malone-Smith

As the Director of Real Estate, Christy brings over 10 years of experience in the banking and lending industry. Since her arrival at our firm in April of 2011, Christy has served as a vital team member in our real estate division, initially as a processor and now in her current capacity of Director of Real Estate. In this role, Christy is responsible for overseeing the entire real estate process, from receipt of new order to final post closing tasks.

A graduate of DeKalb County High School, Christy holds her certificate in paralegal services. In her free time, she enjoys enjoy spending time with her family, being active in her church and going shopping.

Hayden Miles

Hayden has been a part of the Tressler team since August, 2012 serving as the Director of Business Management. Prior to her arrival, she spent six years in the restaurant industry, as Owner/Operator of a successful franchised operation and the Director of Training and Operations Compliance for a regional fast food company with 45 locations and 1,200 employees.

Hayden holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Cumberland University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Louisiana State University. She is currently studying to take the Certified Public Accountant examination. Born and raised in Lebanon, Hayden enjoys anything outdoors—hunting, fishing, camping, and traveling--with her husband Chris, cooking, and cheering on her Crimson Tide.

Jessi Brooks

Jessica Brooks was raised and currently lives here in Lebanon. She came to Tressler & Associates after 13 years as a loan processor at F & M Bank.  She holds an Associate’s in Business and Commerce, for which she graduated magna cum laude. When not at work, Jessi enjoys spending time with her family riding ATVs and motorcycles, going to the race track, and relaxing at home.

Lisa Chaney

Lisa Chaney is a native of Kentucky who, 10 years ago, chose to make Lebanon her home. She attended Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky and has been a successful entrepreneur in multiple ventures. Most recently, Lisa was the Sales Manager for a local franchise organization where she led her team to $35 million in annual sales. When it’s time to relax, Lisa enjoys reading, cooking, shopping for shoes and spending time with her family.

Kelley Groover

A native Floridian and long-time Tennessee resident, Kelley Groover is a graduate of Union University and is currently in her second year at Nashville School of Law. She comes to Tressler and Associates after over three years with local electronics company, Griffin Technology. When not at work or school, she is most likely found at The Belcourt Theater, at dinner with friends, experimenting in her kitchen, or watching a Florida State football game with her family.  She is an active member of her church in Nashville and is a Volunteer Community Educator with End Slavery TN and Student volunteer with Compassionate Counsel. She hopes to one day use her law degree to serve as a guardian ad litem for Tennessee’s foster children.

Phyllis Swenson

Phyllis Swenson was raised and educated in the great state of Virginia. Having 25 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industries, she is an excellent addition to the Tressler team. She enjoys NFL Football and NASCAR and on sunny days she enjoys riding a Harley with her husband.

Christen Tressler

Christen Tressler was born and raised in Lebanon, TN and has been with Tressler and Associates since its beginning. She attended the University of Tennessee where she received her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Psychology. She is an active member at her church where she serves as a youth leader and Sunday School teacher. Christen loves running, tennis, classic rock and classic films. She also loves to watch college football (Go Vols!).
